Tried to get the right info to help rescue start kittens in the roof of a business and was sent from phone number to phone number with no resolution. Each person could not be bothered and was not in the least bit helpful.

Good city, but the city needs to deal with homeless people. Since there’s too many of them over there. And the city never really do anything about it at all, when supposed to.
