A poorly run facility. Administration has a one track mind. Money. They would show up in their Mercedes and carrying their Louis Vuitton bag with no intent to develop care plans for the youth. The place is run more like a business than a care facility. Staff was never adequately trained.
Adequate care was not provided to their population.
