Worst doctors office I’ve been to! It’s almost impossible to get lab results. They don’t schedule appointments for blood work or any other doctor appointments, You have to do all that yourself. I don’t know what their staff is for. They only care about getting the most out of your insurance!

Doctor Angie was great in soothing my concerns and gave me great advice for keeping my blood pressure down. She also was able to quickly get me signed up for a therapy appointment and was able to set me up for my flu shot and blood work.
The nurses were incredibly kind as well! They were very gentle in drawing my blood and giving me my flu shot. Thank you for being so kind!

It was my first time at this location. The office was large, well lit, and quiet. I was the only one there for a few minutes and one other person was in and out for a vaccine, Im talking minutes. Front office staff was welcoming, helpful, respectful, and professional. Wait time was fast. When I left there were a handful of people in the waiting room but it was still quiet. The nurse who took my vitals wasn't very warm or welcoming, but was still professional, kind and respectful. Ive seen a couple OMNI doctors and think I found my new doctor. Angie Shaffner checked all the boxes, warmth, eye contact, good listener, responsive, wrote down things I said, didnt rush me, and was efficient. She ordered necessary blood work and they took care of it there during the office visit. The nurse who drew my blood also wasn't too warm but was helpful, gentle, clean, and fast. The back office staff had my follow-up telehealth appointment already set for me before I even left. I found it interesting I wasn't given the option to check my availability or confirm, as they just handed me a printed paper with the date, but I also found it efficient and I'm sure I could've addressed it if I wasn't available that day.

I want to note, my comments about warmth are just informative and reflective. I myself am also not always warm when I'm going through the motions, and the day of my visit I was not feeling well. Im not one who needs constant smiles or to be catered to emotionally, as long as theres proper bedside manner when it counts. I much prefer efficiency, professionalism, respect, and organization and everyone there demonstrated that. This office is my new favorite and I hope to make it my primary care location.

My experience at Omni is always a pleasure with Angie shaffner and her medical assistants. Angie is very attentive and knowledgeable to my needs. I am always treated kindly by her medical assistants they are fast and efficient with blood work. I recommend all of my friends and family to see Angie. I hope she never leaves Omni.

When I arrived with my children from physicals the receptionist was absolutely wonderful! When vitals and eye exam was being taken the story changes my entire experience! The young ladies name was Diana L. She was a very rude and insensitive! When asking if she would change the eye exam chart from letters to shapes for my daughter due to her disability she rolled her eyes and rudely and slowly said sure but a prolonged sure. I was so taken back I said wow that’s so rude! She then took both my children to a room where she conducted a hearing test and after completions she walked us back to our room to wait for the Dr. before she left I asked if she can let me know how tall my children were and she again rudely and extremely unprofessionally responded with no but he can and turned and left down the hallway. When the dr came in he was great he took his time and after his examinations asked if the visit went to my liking and I explained the entire situation with the lady that took my children’s vitals height weighs vision and hearing texts then informed him I would be making a formal complaint, which I did so with the receptionist at the front and now!
