I love In-shape’s incredible associates and front supervisors who are always ready to help and support your goals to getting fit. The pool, sauna and exercise equipment are good. The gym is clean, the bathroom and lockers are spotless. When will they fix the broken recovery equipment? It’s been months now, will it be before Planet Fitness opens?

Since late November the massage chairs and hydro beds have been either broken or inoperable. The sad thing is members pay extra to use these recovery aids and they frequently don’t work. As of yesterday only a massage chair was kind of operable, it was low energy and no strength. The hydro beds are still broken.

It’s a shame such a nice facility is ran by crooks!

Back in June my gym membership was magically cancelled, I was signed up for month to month at the time. So, I spoke to a rep at the front desk and of course they wanted to charge me a fee to resign up. I stated that I was already a customer and that the fee should be waved so they agreed to wave the fee great!

Come to find out months later when I went to cancel my membership they had put me on a 12 month contract instead of month to month and of course even with a cancelled membership I still have to pay monthly on a cancelled membership! Do not do business with In Shape!

The best part about this gym is the staff—hands down. They are nice, friendly, and helpful, always smiling. My daughter absolutely adores all of them.🥹🤍

I like the location and the amount of equipment. The staff is always friendly, greeting all of us as we enter. The parking isn't too bad, well lit at night for sure.

I love that I am greeted with a smile every time I walk through the doors and every time I walk in a class. Every class has confident, motivated, and competent instructors. I am addicted to the ambiance Seven Oaks provides.

I love this gym immensely… I can’t say enough great things about it honestly. I started being a “gym goer” after being an active member at this location. I started at another one nearby and this location has my heart🤎 from the nicest manager to the amazing trainers and instructors… the atmosphere is unmatched. Alanna, who teaches yoga restore, yoga flow and pilates has made such an impact on my fitness journey!! She is sooo good!! I plan my weeks around her classes. Just love her and how encouraging she is. The community at seven oaks is what I was missing. This is just the beginning. I can’t wait to see where my body will be in a year, 5 years etc. 🙏🙏🙏

Fix the damn app if you will be relying on it so much! I been trying to cancel my membership for two months straight on this stupid useless app and all it does is say error and I moved so haven’t been able to go in person since I’m too faraway and I even called and they told me they could only cancel in person or through the app and now I’m going to keep getting charged even though I’m too faraway to use my membership what kind of scam are you guys running here?!! After this I will never ever again sign up with in shape and I will make sure all my friends and family know about your scam and I will even go as far as to post all over social media about this
