This place has went downhill since the manger Catherine left we lived here for over 20 yrs and lived in 2 different homes in the park we never ever had a problem one until the new manager took over also new yard maintenance worker whom I was not allowed to know his name for some odd reason I had made a complaint to the current manager about the harassment that I had been receiving from this maintenance person, which I do not have a name for, and when I complain to the manager, she ran and told him, and he was waiting for me when I came home to yell at me and threaten me I have never felt so uncomfortable living in my own home and I knew if I complained to manger she would let him know like she did the 1st time so we sold our home and moved because of the daily harassment he would flip off our cameras he actually threatened me not fix our street light that had been out for months I told him I would let Ralph know what he said and than become more aggressive This park really needs to be sued for the fact we actually had to sell our home to get away from the daily harassment I do have video and photos over this course this was happening so Ralph at Laguna assets if you’re interested just get in contact with Me

The manager was driving a golf cart and putting up strikes against the tenants. Some people there are disabled and she picks on them. In no way is that fair in fact it is illegal. She herself is not up to par. Would not recommend living there.

I either go and visit friends that live there or gone to use their place by the pool. Always clean when we use it and we try to leave as we got it.

Some trailers look really nice some are just ok. They have a pool. It's a nice place if you don't mind living in a trailer. Lol
