Great staff, everyone is so nice. The facility is clean and the animals are very sociable. They obviously take good care of the animals. Adoption, and subsequent spay appointment were all very easy processes.

Visited here today because I had an appointment to vaccinate my two young cats. I was immediately greeted by a sweet girl by the name of Haley who took my information right away.The lobby was clean and odor free! A very nice girl by the name of Chere administered the vaccinations, she was awesome! She handled my pets with care and was very knowledgeable about any questions I had. Thank you girls for the pleasant experience today,
I will be returning for all four of my pets needs!

The facility seems clean, but the puppy I adopted has kennel cough (boardetella). As soon as we pulled out of the parking lot we noticed his nose running and his coughing sounded like a goose’s honk. This is just a little concerning to me as he was being kept with his two other siblings whom I worry are also sick.
Regardless, extremely kind and helpful service. Very nice facility with knowledgeable staff.

Found them euthanizing treatable puppies online. Thank you to the people who try to network them out. Would like to ask why the funds used for euthanasia and disposal couldn't be allocated to adoption events or affordable spaying and neutering?

Very clean and well maintained,friendly staff and professional,I ended up taking home a beautiful female dog home which got vaccinated and chipped before I left as a senior and a Veteran I would recommend going here first before anywhere else!

Local number was disconnected for animal control so tried here as next closest option. Reported a dead animal next door, and was told it wasn't an emergency and they would not respond. I was told to place the dead feline in the trash for pickup. I honestly don't know what the animal died from and have a pet of my own so I am leary of having close contact with it. Plus, I would need to enter my neighbor's property and they haven't had luck getting anyone to pickup the feral cat either. It's been five days and a small troupe of opossums have started eating the carcass at night. The Riverside County Department of Animal Control still deems the situation as "not a significant impact to local health or safety" and so not an emergency. Must be nice to not have to do the most basic of services and still get guarenteed taxpayer dollars.

It was clean and they had nice music playing to keep the dogs calm in the air cooled kennels. They were understaffed but it was fairly clean in spite of it. Help was hard to come by. I adopted a senior German Shepherd Dog. An 8 year old female that I saw on the volunteers site and Pet Harbor.
