It would have been 5 stars but the lady that works there was just very rude and talked to me as if I was dirt.I called there twice that she answered and both times she was like this.Then when I told her that the attorney told me to call back in 30 minutes she told me I needed to tell her why I needed to talk to the attorney.I was like what? She got loud and started saying the same thing over and over.I finally hung up.She is not happy about something.Our Attorney Joezen was very nice and did an awesome job . We got no eviction on our record and owed no back rent and we got paid our security back and then some. Also Kent was so helpful he was awesome I asked so many question but he patiently answered all of them thank you Kent!!

They are not real lawyers. If you need more time to move out they can help. What they won't do is defend you, make an argument, present evidence, earnestly negotiate on your behalf. If you're innocent defend yourself. Trust me.

We been help by BASTA two times. The lawyers did an awesome work. I lived 5 extra months in the house and I they got me extra cash to Relocate. The land Lords can not take advantage any more thanks to BASTA.. my family is so grateful with you. We love you Keep doing what is right!

I guess they do an okay job with whatever it is they are supposedly doing. How ever if a call back is something you think you can get, think again.I have to leave at least 10 messages to maybe get a callback.most of the time I have to just keep calling to get the info I need.when I call and get told that the person will call and I try to explain that 99 persent of the time they don't call me back I get told to just wait. In the meantime I don't know what to do pay rent or not

Went in person. Offered no help. Manager (woman who seemed in her 50's) was rude, cut me off, refused to allow me to be seen by an attorney, and basically sent me away. Would not recommend.
