Great people and very professional service

I think the guy I dealt with is named Carlos? He’s extremely rude and moody when he’s supposed to be working at a center where you are supposed to make people feel supported and welcomed. I don’t understand how he is still working in this position where he thinks that’s ok and this center allows that. Ehh must be that time of the month for him.
