I feel so fortunate to have found out about the waste-not program through Christmas Charities. My wife needed a $400 boot that our insurance wouldn’t cover. The nurse at TOC gave us the phone number and they had the very boot she needed. We got it at no charge. I will be spreading the word and making sure others know about this place.

Christmas Charities was very helpful in assisting me with things needed for my uncle when he had to come stay with me after being released from the hospital. Everyone was courteous, kind, and went out of their way to help me and my family during a very hectic time.

These people are never open. I have been by to donate 5, yes five times during their business hours when their Facebook page said they were open. I drive from Madison to get here to always find the doors locked. I will not be making the trip again!

My daughter was in a car accident. We were unable to buy the brace that the surgeon wanted to put on her knee. They gave us the number to Christmas Charities and I found out that they have medical equipment that you can borrow and then return. That saved us over $180 because insurance would not cover it. While we were there waiting they were packing up a sack that had bread, cookies, and apple pies to take with us. The two ladies that helped us were extremely friendly. I never knew they had medical equipment. I just wanted to make sure I put that out there because I myself was unaware. This was a good experience.
