The managers got a bad attitude and acts very militant even when showing an apt? Was asked for my ID to be sure I wasn't a criminal amazing everything locked too kinda like a jail atmosphere not a place I'd want to live at Small apts too no good vibes from this place!!

My friend just moved there. People are very nice. Two sweet ladies came over with fresh baked goods, to welcome her to the neighborhood.

Management acts more like a warden rather then a manager. She has been nasty to several tenants and unfortunately most of them live in fear and wont speak up because they are simply afraid of the potential consequences. I feel that she should be reported for elder abuse, abuse of power and to the company that owns this village park.

Nice place to live, caring neighbors, hugely enjoyable clubhouse functions. Well organized emergency team. 55+ manufactured home living in a really nice town.

I lived here. Greenbelts throughout. Not asphalt 'city' like some mobile home parks. Clubhouse offers clean restrooms, an exercise room, community library, pool. Great neighbors.
