This place is not kind to me and my dog they had my dog for 50 days and during that time my dog was forgotten in a bag and then after that I have to wait more for my dog to be ashes on December 12. I got my dog but not without an attitude from a girl who answered the phone I was told my dog was not there yet but he was in there building and also the communication was not clear on where my dog was being mailed to.i felt me and dog was not respected by these people. Also I seen they know more of my dog life history and then judged my dog as a dangerous dog and he needs to die ..this business has to work on the people who works there and how to give respect to customer and not act as if you are god to think you have to power to take life's . My dog was not meant to die but I was forced to sign that paper ...me and my dog is afraid of them and now my dog is die.

I adopted my two cats, Jiji (Originally Moon Doggie) and Misha (Originally Matice) from this wonderful establishment, and each time we've gone in, the staff has been super sweet and they care a lot about the animals they're in charge of.

Also, when we had to return two guinea pigs we'd previously gotten from the shelter because we couldn't care for them anymore, staff were incredibly understanding.

This place made me and my friend feel welcomed. The adoption fee is reasonable and more than that we saw a organized, clean lovely environment for the animals. Also, staff is super friendly and kind and that was what really told us we were in the right place. Thanks to the staff and volunteers that make this place so nice. Also, they have people that speak Spanish as well! I will recommend this place for sure!

This is an overall amazing adoption center. I had a wonderful experience from walking in the door, filling an application, picking out the most perfect kitten and the follow up from the facility afterwards on how things were doing.

Our family is complete with this nugget. She's everything we were looking for!

On Saturday we come back so our dog can meet his new sister. We think they will instantly bond. We can't wait!

I saw a dog that I would like to adopt on their website, I called to ask about an appointment she said I didn't need one today she asked about the dig I was interested in I told her hus name Jairo she.looked him up told me all about him. Asked some questions about me and my household. I asked if I could come today she said yes absolutely and she would see me soon. I drove 22 miles to the shelter and when I walked in identified myself and she said oh sorry that dog is on a medical hold. I asked if that meant I couldn't even meet him and another lady said " that means he is sedated on the vets table right now" and then she said here why don't you look at some other dogs What the heck people!!!
