My Dad was cared for at Aunt Dotties’ Place in his final 5 years while he had multiple health issues including Parkinson’s and Dementia. He was always well cared for not only for his physical needs but his emotional wellbeing also. The owners, Abraham and Selam, were very attentive and personable and a pleasure to work with. The staff was top notch and very professional. It’s not easy to have a loved one in decline like this but my Dad was very well cared for and I highly recommend Aunt Dotties’ Place if you have a relative with that need.

I have had the privilege of volunteering at Auntie Dottie's Place, an exceptional residential care facility for the elderly. The small, private setting provides a warm, home-like atmosphere where residents feel part of a close-knit group. The dedicated management team ensures the highest standards of care, continuously guiding caregivers to meet each resident's unique needs.

The focus on creating a social and fun environment is evident in the daily interactions and activities, fostering a sense of community and well-being among the residents. One of my favorite activities is the singalong sessions, where it's a joy to see residents engaged, either singing along or enjoying their favorite old songs. Mom needed to be in a place that could offer a lot of care & assistance. Aunt Dottie’s Place was the perfect place for her. They have great staff, who really care about their residents.
As a matter of fact, my mother in law is also a resident at Aunt Dottie’s Place. My husband’s family has been very happy with her care there for a number of years.

I visit Aunt Dottie's Place often to visit my mother, a resident who has advanced Alzheimer's disease. She has lived there for over 5 years, and has always received excellent care from dedicated well-trained staff. She had lived in a large memory care facility before Aunt Dottie's but never received the kind of loving, compassionate attention that she does here. It is actually a real home in a quiet residential neighborhood, and when I visit I feel at home there, and know that my mom is very well taken care of. The staff is always friendly and responsive to any questions or comments that I have. I highly recommend Aunt Dottie's Place to anyone who is looking for an outstanding residential care home for their loved one.

If you're looking for a residential home where your loved one will be taken care of, fed nutritious meals and kept safe then look no further than Aunt Dottie's Place. My Mom has been a resident since 2017, progressing through stages of dementia. She has always been treated with respect and dignity by the previous owner and now the new owners. They are absolutely committed to their residents' safety, health and well being. There are only six residents and staffing is such that individualized care can be provided at all times. My family and I are so thankful for the excellent care our Mom receives!

I visited many residential Senior care homes. When I went to Aunt Dottie's Place in 2015. I loved how it felt like a home. It even had a little dog. My Mother loves little dogs. My mother had dementia and needed assistance. She walked into this house and smiled. She felt like she was in her own home. Aunt Dottie's Place workers are so attentive. They talk to the residents with smiles. This homes engages residents by having crafts, music, and daily conversation. I was informed of any changes with my mother's health or behavior. I have visited Aunt Dottie's Place weekly unannounced. It was always peaceful. I just love Miss Debi Stryker who runs this home. My mother passed away Dec 31, 2020. It was sad, But I know she was loved in this home. I recommend this home to anyone who wants a parent to feel loved and a part of a family.
