What a joke! I was on the verge of eviction as a result of job loss and this place was offering me rentals (literally) more expensive than where I was living. I was currently paying $1,750 for a two bedroom apartment in Sacramento (average rate) and he offered me $1,500 for a room!? Not a one bedroom apartment, a single room. 😂Then, the very condescending person I was dealing with simply said, “Well, if it’s too much, then just don’t get evicted.” Rude, condescending, arrogant and just out to take advantage of people at their lowest point.

Helping hearts foundation is a great place to live,they are very great people to rent from,very careing,and understandable, they try their best to meet your needs!!!all those negative reviews are all fake,they speak because either they didn't pay,or they were doing something bad,because ji..y is a great guy,he works with you in every way he can,I know I live there!!!he has never cheated anybody,!!!

Added to my " favorite shop stops" when in the Port Huron area. Friendly owners and amazing deals. Vintage houseware items, clothing, dvds, and other items priced crazy low for the quality. Stop by often to see what has been added. A portion of the sales go to help abused children- love that. Cash or checks only -no credit or debit cards.

Horrible management. If they cant make it as scheduled, you won't know it until your loved one has been alone for hours. No one seems to take no-shows serious. We have experienced 6 no shows in the last few weeks .
