So I am not their favorite customer, I got there 4:15. Prior to that, I used their application. Log-in and it asks you , while not in the DMV, it asks if you wish to get in line, or login remotely. I chose “ get in line”. I put on my lipstick and jumped in the car. When I got there, I was “G-094” the DMV called “ G-080” upon my arrival. Pretty slick software.🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

The DMV employees who processed my case were very pleasant, but the overall experience was not. I made an appointment and had previously submitted my paperwork on-line as they recommended to "speed up the process," but it still took TWO HOURS; and the first 90 minutes was spent sitting, waiting to be called up to the desk. They did not appear to give any special treatment to those with appointments over those without one. I was there to change my last name, address and to renew my license.

Felt as if not one employee that I made contact with were, lacking any kind of professionalism. One just got loud with anyone that came to her window. The other looked at my paper for like 2 seconds and said they couldn’t accept it I had no time to say anything before some other employee was grabbing my papers from the second employee and was talking to me on my right and people on my left were pushing me to my right to basically every employee pushed me out as fast as fast as they could. I didn’t even have time to process it.

Only needed to drop off DOT physical report . Arrived at 8:30 and it’s now 11:am and still not called . Crazy . I could drop in drop box but tried that last year and they never processed . Truck was towed because they did not log in report that I left . That’s why I’m waiting this year .

Supervisor Latina and Rani went above and beyond to help my Grandma and myself.
I was in a accident that wasn't my fault even.
They suspended my DL and the notice sent to my old address. I went to renew and was so freaking out. They fixed it within 15 minutes. Which is a Record for any DMV.

Usually decent usually… where the information desk used to be is now driving test appointments and I didn’t see the sign sitting on the ground through all the people in line for a window. I walked up to the driving test window to ask if I am in the right line and after waiting a few minutes it was my turn to go up lol, I think her tactic for anybody who walks up to the window that she thinks doesn’t have a driving appointment is she gets really loud she asks you really loud if you have a driving appointment and when you say no she says so loud oh well I can’t help you and I said I just have a question and she goes well. I don’t to answer it and I’m like am I in the right line I’m handicap is it over there? Yeah that was her tactic so I get back into the line and I wait and I get my turn to go up to the window and hand the guy my papers for the handicap placard mind you I’m standing there in a lot of pain. I have my grandson with me and he looks at me and says I’m sorry we can’t. We can’t accept this form and then from the side of me is come some lady I guess works there. He hands her my paper over-the-counter as I’m still standing at his She’s telling me everything that’s wrong with my form And there’s nothing I can do. As I’m standing there at his window, people are pushing me aside so he can help them I’m really disappointed in you. I grew up in before it was “big” lol
