Hi, I genuinely love this place. The receptionist Van is always very helpful and always schedules my appointments in a timely manner. Dr Patel has been really good to me and he has good bedside table manners. Which I haven’t experienced in the past with other psychiatrists. He’s gives the best care and has a good team.

First and foremost, great use of technology by conducting my interview via web video. Dr. Neelima Kunam asked me probing questions and didn't treat me like I was just a number on her patient list. I enjoyed the process except all the questionnaires...Lol.

Rude receptionists, they hung up the phone when I called didn’t even get a hello, they just picked the phone up and hung up. Also their tone when talking over the phone is straight up rude. I get you deal with people but you don’t need to take it out on them when they’re just trying to get through the day.

This place may, in fact, be ran by the devil.

They use an outsourced Indian call center--a buffer with no direct contacts in case of emergency, who do not speak English. The office itself has lazy, teenage, inexperienced trainees at the front desk who will put you on hold until you hangup, if you're even able to reach them (this place is NEVER busy), and they do not understand simple questions or the importance of medications the patients must have. Therefore, they have no problem erroneously submitting prescriptions of wrong medications to your pharmacy. They are not thorough, and they are unbelievably slow witted--in a medical field where people are supposed to be ethical, professional, and competent under the swinging axe of an emergency... this is not that place.

You will not be seeing an actual psychiatrist here, you will be seeing a Nurse Practitioner. They are not the same thing. A NP is a indecisive person in training (perhaps for psychiatry in the future--who knows, they don't; that's why they went to state school and are dabbling in psychiatry to "see how it goes" to begin with), who are capable of writing out prescriptions.

A head doctor does exist here, as overseer to the Practitioners' training, however, she is a large someone who you will never see face to face. She sits in a secluded room, confirming prescriptions, while snacking on food and waving a hand at anything the Practitioners want in passing.

You will not be treated well here. You won't. Don't believe the other reviews. They are shills, stooges, and more than likely the same representatives you wills peak with on the phone who do not speak English. This entire place reeks of a scheme and incompetence from the bottom up. It is insane to think a place like this even exists, let alone to help people. It should be steered clear from, or ran from, and you should never look back in your rearview. It is the epitome of an unethical practice that is in practice, and that will no doubt change location, name, or numbers in the future to cover their errors.

If you are here, reading this, I understand what you're going through and want you to know that yes, there aren't many options out there left, but there are options better than this place--you just have to dig. You don't have to take bottom-of-the-barrel treatment for your serious condition, let the people who don't have serious conditions or see mental illness as being a popularity contest or virtuous go to places like this. They don't need real help.

If you don't believe me, mess around and find out. But I hope you like two-bit operations with a swinging door that shuffles through patients, pings your insurance, takes your money, makes promises they won't keep, drags heels, stumbles around, and no doubt manages to give some people what they need only long enough to come back through the mill once again--because that's what you're gonna get.

I have been going here to see Adam Brasket and he is so awesome. One of the best Psychiatrists I have ever had. Every medication he gives me is a great fit. He is very empathetic and very helpful. I totally recommend him and his awesome staff.
