If you want someone who cares for your interests and is very professional and definitely knows the business of selling and buying houses, A seasoned realtor. Irma, was in charge of SeaBreeze Homes in Stockton. Since the first day that a problem come up in the home I realized how difficult of a person Irma was to work with. She is no help, we were in our new home without a water heater for 2 months for the simple fact that she did not want to replace it. Out of the blue she decided to switch it although she stated she was not able to before. The home had other problems and the company was supposed to come fix them. They never came to complete the job and she states it is because we were calling the incorrect personal, although she provided us with the contact people to reach. Now due to the warning signs that they ignored my ceiling has crashed into my living room and she is taking 0 responsibility. Honestly California has so many realtors that you are able to work with. I do not wish that anybody ever had to deal with this lady, because she is an added stress to a already very difficult situation.
