I honestly don’t know where I would be if Lima Charlie hadn’t stepped in and rescued me. I’d probably be sleeping in my car. The Lahaina wildfires has left a scar on all of our hearts that I don’t think time can even heal, But with Lima Charlie, at least we have begun to move in the direction of hope and future dreams. I cannot say enough positive things about Lima Charlie and their team. I am working with them to help people who lost their homes in Lahaina. Jefferson has been an incredible help and very responsive to make sure all the details are covered and so owners feel comfortable with their rental arrangements. Francisco has also been incredibly helpful and responsive. I am working with them personally and have referred six other owners and every one of us have had positive experiences with the company and their team. I highly recommend them, they are really here to help.

Lima Charlie should be ashamed of itself for their total incompetence in Maui. FEMA awarded them a $150M contract to place thousands of wildfire survivors into long term housing in West Maui and 7 months later over 3000 are still in hotels. Lima Charlie is inexplicably taking 2+ months to do basic property inspection and background checks. They are not providing any on island tenant services and aren’t even registered to legally conduct business in Hawaii. It also appears they are being lavishly compensated for this complete lack of service to tune of tens of millions of dollars. I have filed a complaint with the HI Office of Consumer Protection because I believe they are not only harming the survivors of the Maui wildfires but US taxpayers as well!

Ever since Lima Charlie has been apart of helping the Maui wildfires, they have had all rentals in their hands and most of them are unoccupied and yet they are paying the landlords. This is making hard for us Lahaina Wildfire Victims to find any housing for our selves. On top of all of that they are hard to get ahold of, they don't answer texts, calls or emails. I personally feel (and I'm sure many other Maui Fire victims agree) that although it was already hard to find a place in Lahaina to live, Lima Charlie has made it so much harder. They are requiring background checks when not all landlords are requiring them but still taking weeks to complete it when it shouldn't take more than 1 (and that's being generous). They are also doing credit checks and damaging our credits, but leaves us empty handed and no where to go.

We lost our home in Fort Myers Beach to Hurricane Ian. Lima Charlie have been wonderful to work with. They got us moved into an apartment in Fort Myers, and we are so grateful to them. One person in particular, Jeff Martinez, has been outstanding. Always returning my calls and answering questions. He makes things happen. Thank you for all you do!

We are survivors of Hurricane Ian that destroyed our place in Fort Myers Beach.
Fema provided temporary housing and in conjugation with Lima Charlie they found us a unit in Colonial Commons in Fort Myers.
I wanted to thank everybody involved in our transition, Fema, Lima Charlie, the office at the community.
Lima Charlie was in charge of finding and securing the unit, furniture, paperwork.
We moved very hesitant as we didn’t know what to expect but Francisco made us feel at home and continue supporting us by answering emails and phone calls right away.
