No bracelet after 2 months. I've called many times and can't get thru, no call back returned, no email responses. Do not recommend them at all.

Update: They contacted me soon after I messaged them on Facebook. I have my bracelet, so this is resolved to my satisfaction.

I ordered a bracelet online over the weekend. It would not allow me to enter my medical information for engraving, so I called first thing the next day. The person who helped me "Anita" was very short and abrasive. During the update, her tone was irritated as if I was bothering her. While going through my conditions, she sighed heavily several times as if I was an irritant. When she told me that they could only engrave Arthritis and two of my allergies on my bracelet, I was a bit disappointed because they listed Arthritis over two major diseases. So I asked if they could put RA or Rheumatoid Arthritis and she said no.....there was not a medical abbreviation for that. So she said let's put arthritis....I didn't want that. So I asked about Lupus and she said "well, ok so NOW YOU WANT LUPUS?" Man, feel like I really was a bother to her. I am disappointed and pray that if I have an issue, this is worth it. I have been in the hospital 3 times in the last two years and twice in ICU. Maybe this was a mistake. I guess we will see.

I have called the 800 number four times in two days as well as emailed twice. All I want to do is pay an invoice for our company...I just had a question before I pay it and I cannot get any response. I did talk to one person who put me on hold and when she came back to the phone the call was dropped. I called back and now it says they're closed for a company event. Very VERY poor customer service.
