I have brought food to the this Pantry several times. Each time, I have asked if I can leave some food. Both times the staff has been less than receptive... almost like they were doing me a favorto accept the food. The last time I brought some extra food, a male person behind the bar told me to just leave it on the table without any word of thanks. I don't necessarily need to be thanked but it seems to me if your mission depends on donations and contributions your staff should be just a bit more helpful, cordial and appreciative. I suspect that this demeanor stems from lack of staff training from the top. Not good in my opinion.

They are extremely rude. I just recently got into a car crash that was not my fault and they offer delivery to people that are disabled (and I am disabled) but every time that I call for delivery I have been told to get a ride that I am not a senior citizen and delivery is only offered to senior citizens. The food is always been good but the staff is extremely rude

The food you provide helped so much, during tough times. You made it possible for me to feed my family nutritious, healthy meals. I was introduced to a variety of new items I had never tried before. Thank you for all your support. Your entire staff is respectful, courteous and super supportive. They smile, greet and wish everybody a good day.

I tried going for the first time this Sunday with my two young children and was rudely welcomed by an older man. I told him this was my first time and that I didn’t know where to go, he told me to walk all the way around to the front gate and he rudely questioned me why I didn’t bring bags (my bags were tucked under my stroller). After waiting almost 30 minutes he comes back up to me at the gate and asks me to move my car, he said that they saw me park there on camera and no one is allowed to park on the left side and now I have to move my car and wait at the END of the Line with my young children! Keep in mind I was early and one of the first people there. Just very rude and unwelcoming to a Young mother who needs food for her family.
