First time going to this place. Didn't no what to expect. But, it turned out to be more then I expected. I went for some food. When I got their the food was very scarce. I got some broccoli & carrots . One box of stuffing. And one box of macaroni & cheese and one box spaghetti noodles and a can of saltine crackers. I'm blessed for whatever . I'm not sure if that's just from being towards the end of the day or what . But what I didn't expect is a box to go shopping. They let me pick out whatever I wanted. Clothes , pillow, new boots.( Thank goodness, my boots were torn out on the bottoms) Shirts and & pants for my son. They have books, utensils, baby items. Costs, socks. The experience was good. The security guard was a very nice guy, made you feel very welcome. The woman inside very nice. No questions, and no judgement. I wish more people were like those folks. God bless!!
Some people have moments when they do need a helping hand. Regardless!! I will be donating my things here from now on. I feel my things if they can help someone. Id rather give to them .and not make them pay.

I wish could give 0 star if I could . As I had a bad experience with them in starting when on dec 3rd I reached out to them for help with diapers and clothes they responded right away on dec 5th nd helped me they dropped diapers nd missing pieces of clothes off at my place after messing up twice . Anyway after tht they started to ignore my txts started feb 14, march 2nd they eventually responded on march 11 wen I emailed them after not getting respond on calls nd msgs they gave me diff number to call nd I did call the number they gave me nd the one I had multiple times and left msgs but no respond was given to me , I reached back whole month of march but no respond was given to me finally I left a msg on march 22nd same no respond than reached in April nd emailed same nothing ( someone guy kept answering saying they dnt knw wat im talking about i said I was in need for diapers badly nd they made me call again and again nd same thing ignored me nd didnt even bother to call me back wen they said they will once everything is ready I can't believe I let them treat me this way supper disappointed they need to step up nd fix this nd stop being racist first they were nice nd than they treated me badly tht i end up switching drs also due to being treated unfairly now they tell u to call back or email .. why they didnt took care of it at tht time now they wanna fix it after months it's end of may now nd they r blowing my phone giving me millions miss calls i think it's time for u guys to get a idea tht I'm not gona pick up u guys have disrespected me alot in past few months .. ppl who struggle to provide for their family go to u guys to get help with diapers nd stuff nd u guys treat them badly ... train ur employees better nd fix the attitude nd maybe put someone else on the call line who understands wat u r saying nd doesn't repeat i dnt understand wat u saying not understanding the English .. I did my best to explain again nd again nd eventually said please call me number is given by employee Joanna nd he said they will nd until this day nevrr got the msg or call so seemed to me was made a fool

They always send us a message to come and they said you got an diapers already they basically lie. They don’t treat people the same they were racist to me and our house was 10 miles away from there, and when ever we come they say you have 5 minutes left when it was 2:16 they were very racist. If we didn’t need help we wouldn’t come there but we do.whenever it’s our turn they act they are working and call the person behind me. They don’t treat there customers right. If we didn’t need help we wouldn’t come.they only help people they want to help.
