1st time shopping here. Never been to this location before. Since covid hit everyone has different rules regulations so forth. I pull up to the store with paper signs added to the window in clear seen it says the cap on how many people can be in witch is 3. Then the normal covid signs that everyone has and then a sign saying STOP WAIT HERE TO BE HELPED in bold letters so I wait outside for a good 5 minutes before a rude employee opens the door and says "you can walk in" I reply back with "oh I seen the sign that said stop here to be helped. I never been here before" Then as I walk into this new place I'm looking confused trying to figure out what I am supposed to do next. After a few a employee came to the register. As they were helping me I can tell this person has been doing this for a long time. The employee that rushes through your order on auto go because I am number 92736 customer in their place of work. No kind of emotional connection between customer and employee. This was my 1st and last time ever going to this location. Hope you have a better experience than I did. Have a nice day.

Usually not the best experience but this time was terrible, the women I talked to today was kind of rude and felt it was necessary to comment on my breastfeeding trouble. Once someone says no to a lactation consultation you move on and keep your opinions to yourself. Your job is to ask the necessary questions and change the benefits if necessary not put your two cents in.

At first she was nice, then rude, and got all in my business not really acknowledging the full story. This WIC office doesn't need to involve themselves in someone's personal life, that's not their job. They ask way too many questions that does't need an answer or an explanation. I'd rather not answer. What happened to good customer service? They only care about their product being sold, I can totally acknowledge that, but you have to be kind or why are you working their? I look at this office with disgust, and haven't even stepped foot in this place. Acting like they are better than everyone. Who are they? •From my experiance either be careful on which information to give and if they ask too many questions, say, "i'll figure out another WIC office, that's not how I want to be treated or talked to, thank you and have a blessed day. Bye." Some people care about trying to mess up others life because they arn't happy with theirs, or they are way too happy with theirs and for get how to talk and treat other people. Anyways I hope you get a better experiance or best advice try a different office over the phone or in person. Have a nice blessed day.
