The chicken wings are delicious and good value for money. We ordered the 30 pcs family meal classic and hardly finished them. The original was a bit too spicy and salty for us. We all loved the hot honey rub and garlic parmesan.

Lets start with the good news. The wings aren't bad.
They're clearly from hormone injected genetically altered chickens (because the wings are way larger than expected) but hey, is that a complaint against wingstop or the chicken industry? Not sure... nevertheless... the sauces are really good.
Now onto the average. The service is... well, hit or miss. My family loves wings... I mean REALLY LOVES THEM... me, not so much. But if they love them then it means I love them too right?
Anyway, I've been a repeat customer at the local Wingstop for years... always ordering family-sized meals. Ordering on the phone then paying when I pick up. BUT TODAY I'm told...
I've got to pay-by-phone because... they feel I would place an order and not pick it up.
Well, I guess I can see the risk... sorta... nevertheless, I didn't like it. The service certainly didn't make me feel welcome.

Now onto the bad. The price. Unbelievable. Astronomical is more like it. Doing the quick math, the meal I bought was literally > $2.00 per wing. Can you imagine paying 2 bucks for a single flat? Completely out of control.

Lastly, if I ever wanted/needed to dine in, there is absolutely no way that would be possible with the size of the establishment. The dining area is so incredibly small, I''d consider making it a bar with bar stools... they may get more business that way with a more "Sports bar" approach. Largest table seated 2 comfortably.

So this review really isn't about the staff which... was pretty good to be honest. Its holistically aimed at whatever Wingstop corporate amounts to being.
I get inflation... but for the love of Pete... $2.13 cents per wing?
Real talk... you can bet I'll be trying to talk my kids OUT of going to Wingstop from this point forward. Unfortunately kids like what kids like and I may lose that fight more than I win it but mark the calendar... Wingstop, your days are number as part of our fast-food diet.

2 Stars for grossly overcharging us for middle of the road take-out food.

So this was interesting for me came in I seen a roach coming out. Didn't know quite what to say lol. But I been in some really rough areas so figured how nasty could the food be. I was wrong food wasn't nasty just wasn't cooked properly and handled with any source of care. Ordered 10 piece original hot and well done. As seen in the pics they weren't coated all the way and they where over fried. I haven't eaten fried wings in over 6 months did it for my birthday but I wouldn't recommend coming here but being it's the only wing spot technically 1hr 1/2 around I guess you have no choice.

Did an online pickup order for some hot honey, mild, and spicy Korean q.
Opened up the order when I got home and 2 of our 3 wing types were completely plain. The one that wasn't, the Korean Q, had barely enough sauce on them to cover half of that flavor.
Absolutely not worth the price.

Wings (original and parmesan) are good, though the parmesan could have used more seasoning and the wings were partially overcooked. Ordered online, had a 15 minute wait time, arrived on time, and the wings were ready to pick up. Customer service is fantastic.

I recently tried their chicken thighs and they were really good. I ordered through the app and the food was hot and ready when I went to pick it up.
