Outrageously high prices like most Bay Area Goodwills these days. What is the point of shopping secondhand when the prices are higher than brand new? I stop by every now and then, but hardly ever find anything. Many empty shelves. Disappointing.

Store was extremely disorganized and small. Sizes were all mixed up with hangers crammed in making it hard to browse. They were playing loud, obnoxious Halloween music on Sept 30 (way too early). I got 1 dress and they charged me for 2 (an extra $9.99), which I only noticed after I got home because you can't see the register when they're ringing things up. At least I was able to find parking easily.

Found a brand new skateboard deck with no price tag and was told it was not for sale since the retail price was $300.

Hard to start describing the level of insanity that goes into thinking that this is the case, given the price of a brand new board with all accessories includes roughly retail for around $200. Please price your wares accordingly, I’d be fine being told you couldn’t sell me the board since it had no price tag, but making up an astronomical price like that is simply ridiculous and probably the furthest you can come from anything resembling OK customer service.

Something fishy is going on at this place when it comes to Art. The manager told me that if it has a signature it had to go to the Main Goodwill for auction. These were prints I buy at other Goodwills for around 15 bucks. When I asked further questions she agreed to price them and asked what I was willing to pay. I said around 15 dollars. She said that's fair, took them to the back, and brought them back at 40 dollars. They had used items for 29.99 that were priced new at Ross for 14.99. The place was almost empty and nearly everyone left grumbling about prices. Strange.

The prices here are now individually priced compared to a flat rate set per category. Jackets use to be all $12.99, any jacket and now each is priced whatever they want. A jacket I liked was $17.99 and I asked about it, was told that they changed things up. Seriously might as well go to Ross or Marshalls and get new items for less. A positive is that all the staff I encountered are upbeat and friendly.

Minimal items and the prices were comparable to purchasing new items. I paid $7 for a stained toddler dress. I should have confirmed prices before checking out but posted pricing is vague. The sales rack in most department stores are cheaper. I know they help the community but most of shop these places due to financial issues.

A lot of ugly clothes & things.
Not just that but pricey for a 2nd hand store. For example jeans are $10 & jackets are around $20. You might as well go to ross and dds , its about the same price, but a least those stores have new & pretty clothes!
