Park has become a very busy place with softball, soccer, tennis, pickle ball going on. Now home to a Magical Bridge park. Even with things curtailed (senior center, classes, gyms). Large old redwoods in many places.

Always on and poppin! Seniors know how to have fun, travel, talk , you name it. Stop by for lunch during the week. Take in a movie . Take a field trip with fun people!

VMSC is a warm inviting place. Healthy lunches are served Tues, Wed and Thurs and the snack bar is open on Fridays from 1130 until the free movie starts at 1:00. VMSC offers many classes for Redwood City's Seniors.

They accommodated a very large funeral for Rick Stevens (original singer for Tower Of Power). Complete with buffet, videos & pictures, and even a concert to close the night.

Love the members and staff here. Loads of classes and events to choose from daily. Free food and other items offered. Large campus. About to be renovated or relocated.

Nice community center but showing it's age. Read that the YMCA will be doing facilities management and may even demolish the property and redevelop it.
