Great place for the whole family. There is a good selection of new books and dvds for the whole family. There is also an interactive exhibit on the wetlands as well as group study rooms. There are seasonal community activities like themed picture taking with Santa and the Easter bunny as well as story hours and the occasional puppet show. After the library there Are great trails to walk by the water.

MUST READ THIS.....MUST READ THIS
Redwood Wood Shores Library is a Very noisy library. Not enough quiet rooms to work. Only one in the middle, but it is usually taken by someone else. There is a large room in the back, but it is so Hot! There is no air conditioning there. Even the quiet room in the middle is not always quiet! The manager’s room is adjacent to this room. And the walls are so thin you can always hear what she is saying next door. Worse than that, She is always engaged in some sort of a funny conversation with someone on the phone, and she laughs hilariously and disturbingly very, very loud!! And, it goes on for a very long time. When I was next door to her in that room one day, I even cried out and said please be quiet. I think she heard me, there was a pause. But, then she continued again. I felt like knocking at her door and say shot up! Of course, I didn’t do that, I just left the library.

Another day I was at the library, I saw some people were in that quiet room with some children. They were not really noisy! But, the manager came out and yelled at them in an offensive tone of voice saying: “either be quiet or leave the Library!” I was disgusted!!!! I wished I could interrupt and say: Hay lady they were not really making any noise, usually YOU ARE! And God knows what you are doing there? Socializing with a friend? Business phone calls are not that funny, you’re always laughing in there so loud and so disturbingly loud.

Of course, I didn’t say that to her, I just left the library again. So, I decided to post this online to reach out to my community. One very smart, observant and nice lady recommended that I also write to the mayor’s office, so I did that, too.

Also, my assistant tried to reach this manager, Liz numerous times to book a large room at the library for my event. But, every time she tried, she could not succeed. Liz was always busy or had to rush back to her room and saying that I have a very important phone call to make. When my assistant left her many messages on her phone, Liz never responded! So, we gave up. I am sure it is going to cost me a lot more to rent somewhere else, but I don’t want any trouble from Liz or her rude staff. It is written here in Silicon Valley private website that she is very dishonest and that goes for her staff as well. It is pretty unfortunate that as a taxpayer, I won’t be able to take advantage of what is available to me in my City. If you're donating to this library, DON'T DO IT. THEY ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY ON UNECESSARY LAW SUITES! THIS WAS SHARED IN SILICON VALLEY WEB SITES FROM A RELIABLE SOURCE.

very noisy place! the rights of adults is completely demolished here! It's children's library! it's not even a library, it's a kids noisy daycare! There are only 2 small private rooms that are very very hot!!!!!!!!! The staff are so unprofessional and not knowledgeable about the PC's that are here. some of them are even sadistic. And, disgustingly, some of them show up to work on their sleeping outfit, see through tin outfit. (See the photo) The score of 4.8 is fake!!!!!! their friends wrote most or perhaps all of those. Don't com here.
