Omg! I didn't think they had such cute shoes. I've been missing out! I bought one pair and got 50% off second pair. I returned my $150 new balance shoes. I bought two pairs for the price of my one pair of new balance shoes

I had a negative experience recently. I'm disabled and use a cane. I can only walk very short distances. There was only one employee in the store. I explained to the young lady that I would need assistance. I told her I was looking a heavy duty slipper and/or mule style shoe. I told her that I needed to sit down. She directed me to the left back of the store. She never offered to help me find the shoes I was looking to buy. I found the style of mule I was looking for only because it was located directly beside the bench I was sitting on. I asked her if the shoe size came in wide. She said no, none of their shoes were wide. She told me the three rows of shoes directly behind me were the type of shoe I was looking for. I couldn't stand the pain in my back and knees when I attempted to look and go down the first isle. I immediately seen a sign that read "Wide" in that section of shoes. Contrary to what she previously told me, there were various styles of wide shoes. I wanted to purchase a second pair and get the 50% discount. Unfortunately, I wasn't physically able to look around. I went to the checkout to pay. She didn't tell me about the 10% discount if you sign up with Sketchers, I noticed the sign at the register. She was in the process of ringing me up when I asked if they offered a Senior Discount. They did, I saved $6.50 I told her Sketchers WAS NOT handicapped/disabled friendly. They need friendly helpful employees!

Don’t expect much help from staff ordering shoes they don’t have in stock. Made my elderly mom drive to Skechers store in Livermore. Wow ?

They were wonderful there was a few ladies which I would love to name one is Diane unfortunately Diane is not in the photo but this is some of her coworkers and also the great security also helpful doesn't work for the store but works with the store much love well they know who they are anyways I'm going to add the photo

I think we found our go to shoe store. Sales were awesome. However, customer service could have been more tentative. We waited at the counter longer than we should have since there were 2 people working on the floor and we were the only 2 customers in the store at 10am. If it weren't for us needing shoes and the sale that was being held, we might have left.
