I can't say enough positive things about Jason Mower and the entire team at Northern Valley Indian Health Clinic.  My mother is elderly and has been a patient of theirs for years. The quality of care and compassion my mother receives from Jason Mower PA-C and the clinic is exceptional!  Jason is incredibly knowledgeable and listens attentively to all of my and my mother's concerns about her health and provides a personalized treatment plan that has dramatically improved the quality of life for my mother. The staff is always kind and willing to help in any way they can. Thank you, Jason Mower, and the entire staff at Northern Valley Indian Health. Medical care of this caliber is impossible to find these days. I highly recommend!

I have been dealing with NVIH for all 3 of my kids' dental care since probably around 2013. I've had some less than 5 star experiences but today this 5 star review goes out to Dawn in the billing office, and her boss who made things right by clearing up my paid account that had gotten sent to collections almost a year ago. I tend to get a little heated with this type of thing but tried to start out kindly. Dawn looked up my account, noticed the discrepancies, then took my name and number so she could look into it and call me back. She called me back in about an hour to inform me that not only did she and her boss get the funds applied correctly, they also called the collections company and got my information cleared up. This is exactly what I expect from customer service and I rarely find it anymore. So I want to thank Dawn and her boss for their dedication to true customer service. Thank you for making my day.

We are all seeking a doctor and staff that has a heart full of kindness, knowledge and encouragement. People who will take the time to know you personally and your illness. Dr. Jason Mower, Ruby and the entire staff are a dream come true for me and my Diabetes. The staff makes feel welcomed with smile and professionalism. Ruby is very professional and can makes you smile and relax while taking your blood pressure and information for the doctor. How many of you out there would love to have a knowledgeable doctor who is like your best friend. Dr. Jason greets you with a smile and sits with you while taking the time to listen to you and he shares a solution in simple clear words that help you to understand the plan for your health. As a past Chaplain for another hospital, I have come to realize that medical knowledge is only effective if it is shared with a patient in a compassionate and encouraging way. I'm giving Jason and his staff 5 stars in knowledge, professionalism, friendliness and encouragement. I'm so happy to be a patient there and so will you.

Jason Mower reminds of the old fashioned doctors who sit, listen, empathize and show genuine concern for his patient. I don't feel rushed and he has been very instrumental in helping me with some issues I have been dealing with by understanding and guiding me to other associates without being pushy and I am so happy it is working out. He really goes above and beyond IMHO. I would also like to recommend Deana Fleming, I would give her 50 stars if I could. She is so easy to talk to, very sincere, empathetic and kind and has helped me tremendously in the month I have been fortunate enough to see her. Sometimes you just need someone to talk/cry too and she goes above and beyond.

Had my first appointment here with DR. Mower who was highly recommended by many people I know. Eliza at front desk was very nice and welcoming, very professional. DR. Mower was very easy to talk with and engaging, I did not feel like I was being rushed to move on to the next patient. I look forward to working with DR. Mower and would recommended him to anybody looking for a top notch Doctor.
