Synergy provides daily care for my Mother In Law who has Dementia. The care staff is very professional, caring, on time and respond to requests. The Office staff "Indi" is very quick to respond to any questions and will work with you to help balance financial and care needs. If you have insurance, Synergy takes care of all the processing for you. We live a few hours away from my Mother In Law and Synergy allows us to feel that she is safe and cared for so we can enjoy her more from a distance and when we come to visit. We have even seen her health improve since Synergy started working with her. They keep her on a healthy diet and play games that stimulate cognitive development. We are really happy with Synergy and look forward to a long relationship because their care will allow our Mother In Law to live happily, independently, and in good health for years to come.

We needed help with care for our father at end of life. Synergy was professional and responsive to our needs. All of the staff were prompt, professional and extremely caring. We felt completely at ease having all the staff in our home and they took excellent care of our father and made a difficult time much smoother for all the family members.

Navigating home care for your elderly parents is very difficult. There are many companies to select from, but to find one that cares and is competent is another story. Each caregiver that has been assigned to my father's care has been compassionate, caring and knowledgeable in their care. Yolanda, Jesus and Rick have all shown great professionalism while caring for my father.

Synergy HomeCare was a Godsend when they took care of my husband for about a year. He had many health issues which were difficult for me to deal with by myself. Synergy took care of him above and beyond what we expected. They kept us informed
If there was any rescheduling and I could always rely on them which helped my anxiety. I highly
recommend them for anyone who needs extra help for their family
member who are disabled and cannot manage by themselves.

We had a large agency back out of my Dad's care due to a scheduling conflict. We called Synergy HomeCare in Upland for my Dad.
