1 on 1 Eldercare- Belinda assisted our family with my elderly and frail father in law. She worked with Nursing home on his next steps-he had a very difficult with his medical needs and Belinda had family meetings with our siblings in helping us with the outcome with our Father in law. She took calls on weekend/evenings and listened to our needs.1on1 Eldercare knows what they are doing in senior care!

Belinda from 1on1 Eldercare assisted a family friend that was living in Dubai-had a very sick relative. Due to lack of communication with the medical community their LOVED ONE was neglected upon his discharge from having a procedure done. At 9pm Belinda’s time zone she got on the phone with the discharge planners and Home Health companies and got us not only answers but prompt calls back from social workers, oncologists that were treating our family friend. Everyone was at a loss until Belinda 1on1 Eldercare stepped in. Now our family friend is getting the care and resources he so deserves. THIS COMPANY GOES BEYOND WHAT SOCIAL WORKERS FORGET TO DO OR DO NOT HAVE THE CHANCE TO DO IT. This 1on1 Eldercare company and Belinda is remarkable and truly an Angel.

When my father was put into a care center in January-2022, we were lost and had no idea how to go about getting advice or help. We were referred to 1 on 1 elder care and met Leslie and Belinda for a consultation. They explained in detail how to go about getting Medi-cal for my father. We immediately started the process and Leslie held mine and my moms hand the entire time. I could pick up the phone and call her anytime and she was always so patient and kind. There were times I was so frustrated and she put my mind at ease . Belinda was also there to answer any questions I had and was also very kind and knowledgeable as well. You don’t realize what a process it is to get medi- cal and we could have never done it without Leslie’s dedication and hard work . They were a God send. If your loved one ever needs help getting medi-cal or help finding an in home care for a family member then 1 on 1 elder care is who you should call. They are professional, caring and they get the job done. Our family cannot thank you enough.

I highly recommend Medi-Cal Benefits. It was the best experience and Leslie was amazing. We were so lost when my 88 yr old Mother-in-law was in a Care facility and were told insurance stopped paying for her care. Didn't know what to do. We reached out to Leslie at Medi-cal Benefits and she took care of everything, guiding us every step of the way. I am grateful for her knowledge, professionalism and kindness.
