Special place in hell for these people. I have been in college for 2.5 years and they have interrupted my benefits 8 times exactly now. Each time you have to go down there and re apply, each time they come up with the weirdest automated reasons to interrupt your coverage. I'm still the same guy, living with a disability on my own, still need minimal coverage, that's not going to change anytime soon. And yet, here you are again, starving me out. Getting away with skimping me on 1000s in food money over the course of 2.5 years. Every single time it's the same thing with you people. I HAVE AGORAPHOBIA AND THE ONLY WAY TO DEAL WITH THIS IS TO GO BACK INTO THAT HELL! I'M ABOUT TO SNAP!

I'm going to school full time with a disability and you're withholding my benefits because I don't also have the ability to hold down a 20 hour a week job at a time when groceries are higher than they ever have been in history. I'M GONNA EAT YOU!!!!

Yup, just happened again. I'm prepared to go in there and be like "well we're renewing it a day behind so we're gonna go ahead and carve out 45% of this". I bet you people complain to your friends and family about these grocery prices, meanwhile since I went back to school you've skimmed me out of 1000$ worth of food pulling this stunt every 6 months. You call. me and say I filed wrong and tell me to submit something, you never review it, you never respond, you slash my benefits, I go to the office, you give me 55% of them. I swear to god. Someday.

People are very friendly for the most part from the workers to the folks needing services my only gripe is although they have armed security in the building there's no metal detector which means armed security may indeed respond to any incident a metal detector could go a long way in preventing any weapons from entering the premises and harming any patron or employee

Today, at 10:15 am on April 2, 2024, I made a call and spoke with a male agent whose attitude was extremely poor. His manner of speaking was rude, and he asked unrelated questions that did not contribute to resolving the issue at hand. Individuals with such demeanor should not be employed in social agencies that are meant to provide support to people in need. I intend to report this individual to his management. Unfortunately, I do not have his attention number to make a direct report. I sincerely hope that the management reads this feedback and conducts an investigation to identify the agent who answered the call during the specified date and time. It is imperative that appropriate actions are taken to address and improve his attitude.

this place is a disaster
no kind of order, the system is so dysfunctional. the workers are unprofessional. the cops just look like overweight wannabe tough, the lady sitting at the desk to the right when you first enter fights with customers, the social workers are so lousy and careless. That dyke he/she clearly a woman wanting to impersonate a man rushed me out the office so quick she left all of my documents on her side of the desk, I had to reach on her desk and get them otherwise I would’ve been without my credentials. 0/5 this place is so ghetto, it makes the south side of Chicago look like Beverley Hills

They are so friendly here as compared to places like santa ana or even Anaheim. They dont just ignore you or attend you like you dont matter
