We are new to scouts and excited for our son's experience. Unfortunately,the manager (Bruce), was incredibly condescending and rude. All we had were a couple of questions and an size exchange. Hopefully his day improves, but be on the look out if you visit this shop.

Horrible customer service!!! The only reason this store is not out of business is because they have a built-in customer base. But, that shouldn't mean they should rest on their laurels and not attempt to be helpful and provide customer service!
I had tried to order on the website, but the sizes I needed for my son were not available.
1. Hours posted online or on phone message are not accurate. My husband and I have made multiple attempts to go to this store within the hours posted only to find out that the store was closed.
2. Calling them doesn't help. I tried calling to get them to put aside items for my son, so I could do a quick pick-up as I knew I was not going to have a lot of time to shop. They were reluctant to do so and was told I could email them the list...
3. No response to emails. I emailed them twice and never received a response.
4. Hours are not suitable for parents. 10a-1p and 2-4p, closed on weekends. It is difficult to get there by 4pm, but I made it at 4pm and was turned away. No willingness to even let me see if they had the item in the size I needed.
It's disappointing that an institution like this is so disconnected to those who support the organization. Hopefully, they will take this feedback and improve how they interact with those that support them.

Great Scouts BSA shop with lots of uniform shirt and pants sizes and other parts of the uniform. They have printed versions of handbooks. They also have camping gear. Super helpful staff.

Everything you need for your young scout with a knowledgeable staff. Parking is in the bac of the building. Never seen it busy so every time I've been there I received a personalized experience. Be sure to check hours before going as they are quite limited.

Second attempt at visiting the store when they are supposed to be open and no one is there. Met a woman who was also visiting for a second time in an attempt to visit the store when it is supposed to be open. Please be open when you say you are going to be open and stop wasting people's time.
