The only thing you need to watch out for in Miranda Thrift Stores is the lack of quality control — possibly because of the sheer volume of donations that they have to process every week.

Check all clothing or linens for tears and stains, Check other things for functionality.

I really like this store. I spend a lot of time and money here at the Fortuna store. I think the staff is great but could use some improvement on the way they handle shoplifters. Not only was the manager extremely rude to me but very unprofessional and should have some proper training on handling situations like the one I was unknowingly involved in. The manager yanked the items I was patiently waiting in line to pay for, and said very loudly in front of everyone else who was in line, " your out of here!" " Your friend just got caught stealing and you are out of here!" I getthe point of kicking the person out of the store who shoplifted and maybe if I was somehow involved with the persons dumb decision to steal but I CLEARLY wasn't there to steal! The manager could have asked me to step aside and speak with her, not in front of everyone in the store, and told me what had happened. The manager has anger issues and should properly be trained on how to handle situations like this. No need to shame someone, especially if they had no idea.

I was just in this store. There's blonde lady that works there. She is rude and doesn't or won't take a few seconds to be a decent person and help when they anyone has questions. Customer Service these days is nothing more than just words. Inconsiderate people like this lady are the reason SO many people shop online. Until today I and my friend were loyal customers and spent alot of money in this store. You have her to thank for losing our business.

Find a lot of great things at this thrift shop! New shoes, never worn for six bucks! Designer jeans for ten bucks. Can't beat those deals. The employees are super friendly and helpful as well.
