My experience with ARC has been crucial in my re-entry into society after 42.5 yrs. of incarceration. They showed and helped me to fill out a job resume after all that time of no real work history, how to dress and conduct my self on an interview, that helped me get a job at Apple Inc. To me ARC is conscious support for the formerly incarcerated, concerned advocate for the incarcerated and vested vanguard of prison reform.

For someone like me, a 2nd striker with a whole lot of problems, this place is perfect. They have an apprenticeship program for construction trades. For someone like me that's absolutely perfect. I'm tired of dead-end jobs, I'm tired of not having a career. I want a life that I can be proud of. I think this is a place that can help me attain that.
