Did a remodel and had solid oak cabinet doors to donate. I specifically reviewed the website to make sure the items I had could be donated. Took an hour to wrap doors carefully and drive 30 minutes to donate items. Upon arrival the donation staff said we don't accept those items even thou the website clearly stated it would accept those items. Beyond frustrating don't go here unless you speak to a live person because thwy don't know what their doing and you could end up like me wasting your afternoon.

I have been a frequent shopper of habitat restores for many yrs from Vegas to Fairfield and over the past couple yrs I notice it no longer worth it to shop there when in more than one occasion it more expensive than the new item at home depot or lowes. I would like them to reprice items more to the low income consumer and not the $1 or 2 less then new. Until then not worth the effort it not just this store it appears to be all of them.

Great thrift store for furniture! Very large store with lots of options. Majority of items do seem to be priced higher than other thrift stores I've been to but I know when I am buying an item here the money is going to a great cause. And prices are still lower than anything you'd find brand renew elsewhere. I definitely recommend you take a look if you enjoyed thrifting, refurbishing as a DIY project, or just like a good deal!

They close too early - 4 pm, rarely can get there when open. Seems an easy fix. They have large staff, could be reduced last couple hours so people could come after work. Stop donations at 4pm if needed to. Other restores open til 5pm and as late as 7pm in Summer.

I like this store, but rarely can I get there during their hours.

The available furniture in the store is always in mint condition and in some cases is new and throughout the week they have color tags reducing the price for a bigger bargain. The items don't have any odors and they even have some stools and desks hand constructed by employees. Every time you go here it's like a treasure hunt with a great selection of items.
