My son has gone through two workers there and neither did anything for him, other than blame him for everything and make him feel bad about himself. He doesn't even live in Placer County anymore, but Aida still hasn't transferred his case to the other county. As if she just wants to keep tormenting him!

Try to stick with out of Sacramento if possible. Had this office suggested to me for early intervention. However upon speaking with staff I did not feel this is the way to go as my child is not suffering the delays they help with. I was still thinking about trying anyways until I wasn't given time to even call back like i said i would . I only called 1 week ago from today so awesome I heard back so fast however the immediate pressure truly made me run for the hills. I dont need my insurance charged for something that doesn't seem necessary. When I tried to relay how the phone calls the last 2 days felt and asked for a supervisor I was refused and asked who i was looking for!? ( umm a supervisor.) when i tried to explain how the pressure was not okay I was completely ignored . . . I know it's not easy at times but there has to be a respect level and this office doesn't seem to have it. I have however heard wonderful things about the Sacramento location. My son has the same behavioral issues as my older child but neither are or really have been delayed. It's extremely upsetting to try and turn to an office that is supposed to be helpful only to feel pressured and feel like its more about the insurance money and sign offs .I don't in anyway think this is the whole office but its scary to think anyone from intake is behaving this way. Or that a receptionist will refuse to help find someone to speak with when an issue occurs.
