Second time staying at this hotel and for sure last time.
Do not trust this place when they ask for your credit card. I gave them my credit card and they charged me and my company both for the room. Credit card information meant to be on file in case of damage to the room and today I noticed that they have charged my credit card for 281$. This place is not trustworthy and I will follow up on this with our corporate office first thing on Monday.

We really liked the cleanliness and hospitality of the hotel and staff.. All very nice. However, the "breakfast included" fell terribly short. Offering a couple apples, oatmeal and coffee does not a breakfast make for the amount of money and hype. We also felt a bit let down that there were no dog treats offered in the little store. You really could do better when you consider what you charge for this too. ||As a Marriott, you do well but could do so much more to upsell this location. Again, your staff was great.

Good hotel ? air tight with the wind and dust humming at 30mph.

The hotel was great. They didn’t have room service but it wasn’t a problem, they had little bitty kitchens. Complete with pots, pans & utensils too. Also they had cute little coffee makers. We’re not used to not having room service but we made do with these fantastic little suites! I recommend them! Also they had a fantastic little gym. I got a great workout on their Matrix equipment. I will return there when we go visit my husbands family again . I loved it here ❤️

I am a travel nurse, and stayed at this Hotel, for about 6.5 months, while working. The room, was cozy, clean, comfortable. I received a new mattress (the whole hotel). The housekeeping was excellent. It was quiet. Staff were friendly. I enjoyed my time here very much.

This hotel opened in February, 2009. I read somewhere the mattresses were all replaced, I believe it, b/c the bed was very comfortable!! I would have given 4 stars if the water pressure was better.

PROS
+Rooms are nice
+Kitchenette is very useful, easy to cook in room, large enough fridge
+Good amount of storage for clothes - pantry items
+Hotel, rooms are very clean
+Beds super comfortable
+Bonvoy free super fast WiFi
+Desk staff are wonderful
+Cleaning staff is stellar
+Close to restaurants, shopping & Interstate
+Coffee available all day
+Breakfast sandwiches almost every day
+Culligan water in the gym
+Free Showtime
+Good hotel for families

CONS
-Water pressure is very low, showers are a struggle
-Can be very noisy in rooms on road side of hotel, all night, due to truck/trailer traffic and very poor roadways (not the hotel's fault really)
-Elevator needs repair, jerks alot and also sometimes doesn't even work
-Pool area small, and needs so much maintenance
-No fresh fruit (basic apples & bananas don't count people!)
-Only 1 ice maker, on 1st floor
-Tiny tiny tiny laundry room on 1st floor

Pretty good hotel, clean, still has decent "Marriott" feel! Just could be better in some areas for the price they still charge. Full disclosure I'm a 30+ day stay so probably nit-picking. For anyone staying a night or two, it's really great I'm sure.

Problems from the start. First, our room wasn’t ready at the scheduled time. They offered us an accessible room right away or to wait for our room, so we waited. We got the room 30 minutes later and we couldn’t even get in because the keys didn’t work for some reason. When we did get in, we found out they gave us the room we didn’t want. It smelled like a hospital, not a comfortable room.

When we got our actual room, we still had problems. There was tape on the floor and everything was poorly cleaned. We wiped everything down with disinfectant wipes and they were filthy after use. The towels in the bathroom also smelled really odd. We had another issue where we accidentally set off a smoke alarm, which was admittedly our bad, but when they said they would have it turned off, they didn’t. When we tried to call the front desk about the problem, we found that the phones were all disconnected, so we had to call using a cell phone. The alarm was on for almost an hour before we had to complain and they finally turned it off. It’s also worth noting that the alarms were hanging off the ceiling, not mounted flush.

As for the beds, they were extremely uncomfortable. The proper beds were not nice to sleep on, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable and ridiculously noisy. And for whatever reason, one of the TVs in one of the rooms didn’t work, so my parents didn’t have any tv to watch. By the morning, we just wanted to leave. The breakfast they gave out were pretty disappointing too.

Overall, not a good experience and I wouldn’t consider staying here.

I stayed here during my TDY trip. I really enjoyed my stays at this location. The front desk staff are super knowledgeable. Melissa and Veronica know their job. Karen is so sweet and kind; always making sure the coffee pot is ready by 5 in the morning. The maintenance staff are always kind. Overall I'm satisfied with my stays.
