What's up with all these other negative reviews? Anyway, I received services here, perhaps about 5 years ago. It was a benefit to me. The counselor (whose name I don't recall) was very, very kind. More importantly, she was one of the wisest persons I've ever met. Other people are free to express their opinions. But ---- we all will benefit the most by coming here with a willingness to listen, rather than just to vent. On Friday December 13th I went in person to the clinic, and now I have an appointment for January 6th. A bit of a wait, but it was my fault for procrastinating. Since I came in right before Christmas I'm going to be patient. Or, I'll be a patient somewhere else (again). I don't want that...? Self-restraint keeps me out of restraints! Someday, I'm going to go back to work as a PTSD survivor/stand-up comedian.

I’m hoping that they improve their emergency response. I know they help a lot of people in their counseling sessions, but when it comes to triaging people that are a danger to themselves and others, they let them walk even after the doctor the sheriff and everybody family is screaming at them, even after somebody attempts to kill them self literally Cutting their wrist they will let them walk only an hour and a half after their stitched up. Truth(both wrists):
No oversight. They are in charge of theirselves.
Horrible and dangerous waste of time and money even having them come in to triage the patient

Worst Mental Health Care Ever. If you don't have appointments with them (even if your not told to schedule and appointment) they will refuse to fill your prescriptions (with zero regard for how that affects your mental health) and blame you for the issue. Not only that they expect you to reestablish as a Client in order to prove your are eligible for services. During services not one person listened to my opinion or seems to care about your meds or diagnosis. The mental health program is a joke here, don't waste your time.

If you're on the mental health diversion program do not open up to these people tell them what they want to hear because they will condemn you no matter what so my advice is to the new people that are doing mental health diversion don't open up about your life because they'll use it against you and keep you in the system tell them what they want to hear so you can move on and do better with your life because they're not bettering anybody's life but hindering it along with this county literally I was just passing through Thursday lost everything here in tuolumne county and I've been stranded here 3 years doing their program struggling whenever I'm a transmit that makes more than five dollars an hour because of this county health

I was assigned a case manager after I tried to unalive myself. I called 2 times and left her messages, didn't get a call back. Then 6 months later she left me a voice mail saying she didn't think I needed services and she was closing my case. She didn't speak to me directly at all. Thanks a lot for literally nothing.

Sent a family member home after police had to be called for suicide threats, they had a baby in the house, they've made multiple threats, weapon was present which should have constituted as a 5150 situation. Yheir personal Dr had even suggested a 72 hr hold. Hopefully they don't hurt themselves or their baby.

I saw nothing but incompetence here, and was shocked by how much easier it was to deal with a psychiatrist elsewhere. Don't waste your time, you deserve to feel well soon.

If you need mental health assistance I URGENTLY advise you to go anywhere else in town. I left this place feeling far worse than I did before seeking help.
