My dad was there for 1 day and a half and had to be rush to the ER as his sugar level went down to 44, and staff there said it would be okay, but the after several hours it went up to 105 or so my dad looked bad, he was like incoherent and breathing very heavy and nurse would say he will be okay. Finally we/family had to tell them to call the ambulance and take to hospital and thank God we did because who knows what might have happened. So facility seemed nice but I do not know about the care. Now after being in the hospital for a few days we had no choice but to take him back to this place and I hope pray staff pays more attention. I wish the people that work there work there because they love they chose to do not just to have a job. Please show you care, I didn't want to do any star rating but I had too to post this review but time time tell if I can see good things to give a better rating.

If you haven't been here lately, you haven't been here. A million dollar remodel has created a large therapy gym with a full rehab kitchen and bath. It's worth some time to tour. I watch patients go home happy, health and strong.

I don’t usually do this sort of thing but I feel as if I have no choice. My grandson was in Sequoia Transitional care for over a year. In the beginning everything was good. The staff was very nice and caring towards Austin. He had no complaints. A few months back he started having issues with a CNA named Bianca. She was very rude and disrespectful towards Austin. He would ask her for ice and water and she would ignore him leaving him to holler after her to get her attention. She would only turn the lights off and close the door to the room. He reported her and things seemed to return to normal until she was his CNA again. Once again she would not go and get him anything he asked for. He had been texting me the day after the last episode and when I went to visit him later that day his phone had disappeared. Just vanished. He had told me other patients things were coming up missing like ATM cards and money.
A week later he past and I went to get his stuff. He liked scratching lottery tickets and had over $300 in winning tickets that he kept in a locked metal pencil box. I had seen it earlier the day he past because it was on his table. He was also missing the $150 we had just given him a few days before. Most of the staff is friendly, and caring but apparently they have a thief working there. The patients are not allowed into other rooms so it had to be an employee. Every time I call I get the run around. There is nothing more I can do but hopefully keep this from happening to someone else. If you have family members in this facility please keep an eye on there belongings it doesn’t matter what it is.

My mother was there for rehab two months ago. They did a good job with her rehab but whenever I called to schedule an appointment I either could not get through, was transferred numerous time and left on hold until the call was dropped. She is back now, recovering from pneumonia and I called to ask about visitation and what kind of COVID test I need to get. And I was transferred and the phone was left ringing and ringing. And the social director is a piece of work. Aggressively confronted me the last time my mom was there saying I came to visit without an appointment when I had scheduled one with the staff the day before.

This facility has been by far the best nursing home in town. The Dsd is an amazing nurse who is in charge of the cna staff. She has not only shown her dedication but also her professionalism in her work. I would recommend bringing family or friends here for care.

I'm impressed with this facility because it is the cleanest I've ever seen and all my CNAs are the best. Everyone smiles and will hold a conversation with you as long as they can. Everyone helps you and my room was cleaned every day. The CNAs are very attentive to my needs and when I get my other knee surgery I will request to come back here for exceptional care.
