I order delivery pretty often from Walmart + and it's always very timely and pretty accurate. It definitely makes life easier when I'm busy, to just order online and have it brought to the house. When I've done pick up as well, people are very nice that load my vehicle.

Not the nicest or cleanest Walmart Supercenter. It is, however, fifteen minutes closer to my home than the Scottsboro Supercenter. It seems small to me, for a Supercenter. Perhaps there will be an expansion and remodel in its future. They could really hit a home run with that.

I will never be back here again for sure. Had a pickup waited 45+ minutes.. Forgot my lamp.. I had to go in because they had left out 2 ideas in my back.. Said that 1 idea was
not in stock so I went and looked for it and guess what.. Right their on the shelf lol… So Definitely not wasting my time on this again.

The pharmacy center explained information about my prescription that my previous pharmacy neglected to tell me. They were patient and professional, and took their time to work with me despite it being a busy day for them. I needed to transfer a prescription bc my old pharmacy didn’t have it in stock. I didn’t expect the level of service I got from the pharmacist and the tech. Especially from a big company like WM. It felt more like the type of personalized treatment one might expect at a mom-and-pop pharmacy. It was a pleasant surprise, and it turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into an amiable diversion. Thanks ?

The dope head lady and the guy with the mullet wasted my time. I came up there to return a weed eater and they said I had to pour the gas out, cool fine. She said we could not do it in the parking lot. Whatever. Went home an flushed it. Came back and the guy w the glasses an mullet said we had to wait 24hrs: that’s a lie. I work in customer service, I know the policy. Walmart needs to hire better employees that don’t lie. Do better.

We looking for cloths for back to school for my grand babies today 8/3/24. While looking at pants for one of my grand kids one of the workers was pretty much pushing us out of the way so she could do whatever with the racks. What ever happened to letting the customer's shop an the workers do there stuff around them without getting in there way or trying to push them out of there way. I wish I would have gotten her name because I would have went to a manager about her and how rude she was.
