Waited over two hours and they were still arguing with me that they called my number but they never did. They are always mad like they are that ones the provide the benefits. They are working with people they should be more friendly

Internet and phone number statedsocial services was open. When we arrived,
It was not. I tried calling and the automated message said, The Tulare County Social Services were open until I went through the options to get connected with the Porterville branch. Then the message stated they were closed for the holidays. The automated message system also stated the branch would be open the next business day.
We came from the mountains and drove for an hour to arrive with limited resources to receive assistance and were misguided.

What is it with them something is going on that at the end. after hours waiting .the line dropped . One day lost at the end you didn't get the chance to talk to a live worker disappointed to say the least they didn't earn the one star why is this happening and that's Everytime.

Well my experience was ok ? since I wasn't the one going to court. The deputies were kind, they allowed me to take my coffee ☕ into the seating area because I had a lid and it wouldn't spill over. It was very well organized and nice and clean. ❤️

On hold for an hour. I don't know how they're this busy when I called exactly at 8am. Hung up called again and still on hold for another hour. Doesn't even tell me where I am in the queue. Ridiculous.

Been calling for 2 weeks and can never get anyone to pick up. Been on hold for over and hour and a half and then it hangs up. It's ridiculous
