For 12 years, I've donated high-end items, including seven designer bags from brands like Gucci and Christian Dior, along with many other valuable items, to this store. However, after today's experience, I won't be donating here again. While dropping off a heavy bag containing various items, including a decorative globe, the globe unknowingly broke, and some water leaked onto the floor. The staff’s reaction was shockingly hostile—they demanded I leave immediately, and one woman even physically pushed me out as I was complying. I’ve also learned they treat their customers poorly, which only confirms my decision to stop supporting this place. I'll find another way to contribute to causes I believe in but this place is not it.

I went in at closing time hoping to find a quick specific item. As soon as I stepped in, they said they were closing. I asked nicely if they that they would possibly be open help me pick something specific up quickly. I was super respectful. One of the the ladies who was ushering people out, grabbed my shoulder turned me around and slightly pushed me telling me the registers are closed and that I need to leave. Totally okay if you guys are unable to help with something quick if you are closed. Touching is absolutely not an option, especially if it is to push someone out. I felt disrespected and my personal space was violated. I am not sure you'd take this seriously if I chatted with you. You seem like nice ladies...writing a review so you wouldn't do this to another customer. Thank you.

This place is great. My boyfriend's mom run the place so we go there almost every day and the lady's are super nice. Also the clothes there are super cheap but they're really high quality. You can find some really great deals and on top of that they do a lot of sales.

My experience at The Thrift Station was a bit lackluster. The store is quite small and I didn't find anything I liked or needed. The staff was fine, but I don't think I'd come back. The store was somewhat disorganized, but not particularly dirty or anything. All the prices were super low but it was sort of a random selection like porcelain christmas knick knacks, kid's clothes, board games, toys, and books.

I always donate stuff here. So simple. Go to the back, drop off stuff and leave. People need to remember though that this is a thrift store, not nordstroms. Big difference. Those old ladies are being productive past their prime, we need to change our mindset and be more considerate.

Horrible place! A bunch of junk piled in that is over priced and mispriced when you get to the register. The ladies there were so rude! Arguining with eachother over the labeled price. I won’t be back. They can keep their 10 year old sneakers for $10. Thanks though!

Edit to their response: there was no confusion over anything being half off. I support other thrift stores and will donate there. The price was on it cleAr and simple.
