I like this spot because it’s clean, organized, and they have great items. However, I’ve never bought one item here because the prices are just so high. People donate their items out of the good of their hearts for those looking/needing to buy used items at a lower price. It just doesn’t make sense to me to upsell used and donated items.

All Hope Hospice stores have gone down hill. They look better but are over pricing everything. The staff in Danville has changed and the new team is not kind or helpful. I have stopped donating until they work as a thrift store to help the community.

The store was clean and organized. The merchandise were clean and in good shape. I especially loved their book section. It was very organized and easy to browse as they were alphabetized by the author's last name. The team members were friendly and helpful.

Nice store and stock but the prices are just too high to justify going here. They may argue that they're trying to raise money, but it's not worth hunting through racks at a thrift store when the discounts aren't reasonable enough... (eg: I saw target brand items for about 50% off retail - similar to their own clearance prices! - but the items were visibly worn).

Cute little store with lots of brand name clothing and accessories in good condition.
I brought my toddler along to check it out, and everyone was very friendly.
If you have a little fashionista who loves to play dress up with colorful scarves and little purses, this is a great place to add to your stash!

Great service attentive friendly staff. Clearing out everything for remodel close for 2 weeks soon. Some display items included in sale but sadly not the one I want. It is a keeper?

I have had only positive experiences here. Friendly and dedicated volunteers, good selection, organized well, very clean, and merchandised well. Prices may be slightly higher than other thrift stores but the merchandise mix is also nicer so the value is good. Wish I could come by more often.

Guess in Danville the idea "thrift store" doesn't seem to resonate. They have nice items and a convenient location. But the prices are to high. Especially for stuff they get for free. I understand there is a charity involved but the idea of a thrift store is to get a nice price and keep coming back for new treasure. Its like they mildly research the items. Clothing especially, and charge way more than a thrift store in concord or elsewhere would charge. To boot the lady's inside working there in my opinion are condescending. Like there bothered they have to deal with thrift shoppers. For the record I always, always thrift shop in a shirt and tie.
