I figured it would take hours to see a worker but it didn't take long. Renewal of Medi-Cal, the worker updated the computer right there and I was done in an hour!!

I thought the workers, especially by the entrance, were helpful and friendly. I waited a little longer than every body else because I didn't hear my name being called three times. Thats okay because I'm hard-of-hearing and should have said something. Good overall service.

This office has improved since the last couple years i was there. No more long crazy ridiculous lines to get paper work and back in line to submit paperwork. Now you get a number sit down wait to be called to a window they assist you, then sit you back down and when a worker calls your name its your turn. The staff at the entrance can be more friendly, it is frustrating when you need help and they are so reluctant to help you. In short, if you can please try to handle everything through the phone and go in only if necessary. The wait times vary from day to day. I went in on a friday took over 2 hrs, and i went in on a Thursday and wait time was less then an 1hr.

People are very nice and helpful. However the clientele can be rowdy on occasion. Handle your business and keep to yourself. Also the wait times for simple tasks are long. Do not be in a hurry. Be prepared.

I am writing about Supervisor named Bahena. I had such a wonderful experience working with her. After numerous attempts to resolve my issue regarding my name change, Bahena was the only one who was able to help me. Thanks to her, all the problems have been resolved. It was such a tedious and stressful time, but Bahena really did a great job! It was a pleasure working with her. Thank you once again Bahena!

Unfortunately because the snap card was hacked for the entire amount and purchase the two separate stores current stealing all of our money we had to put in for another card and now I have to go the rest of the month with no groceries until next month when our next installment comes in because somebody ripped us off at Food 4 Less in Ralphs in West Los Angeles
