We are new residents in Myrtle Beach in a CAMS community. I needed to get gate access set up. Christie Black couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes and had all my access needs addressed, a sticker for my car and all the registration done. Very easy and pleasant experience. Thank you Christie.

I required new RFID stickers for my cars. Christie, and the other personnel at the CAMS office, assisted me. Within five minutes I left with new stickers. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful.

As our community management company, I am very pleased. They provide timely information to the community.

Your understanding that i talked with the community manager is inaccurate. I have not received one call from Tamara at all. Yes, I talked to the VP and i was optimistic that he would get some answers and return my call by Friday 6/14/14 like he stated he would get some answers and find out what is going on. Well to my Friday came and gone and not one call back.

I have been trying to reach the management and our Board of Directors for over a year regarding flooding. My request keep getting denied or cancelled. My ARC are denied without explanation. The Board finally agrees to a meeting but I do not receive notification of this meeting therefore when I reached out and was told the dates and times available, I agreed to the date and time via the portal My request was denied and closed again. I pay my dues monthly. I deserve to have a meeting just like any other owner and or Board member. The communication is awful and unjust. I was supposed to get a letter in October which arrived in February. I just want my yard fixed and willing to do the work myself but no communication from the HOA or Management.

When I did receive a communication they stated I was "complaining" about my yard. There was not one complaint and if I was complaining I have every right to as I can not enjoy my yard with the flooding. All I asked for was a topographic map as there is an easement for a swell that does not work properly. Never received it. If you lived with a yard like this and get no response I guess you would "complain"?

Changing management companies was a big step for our 60 single family home community. As one of the Board members, CAMS has made the transition much easier than I expected. The staff are all very professional and personable. The company is very organized and their portal is up to date and very informative! This company is exceptional, especially compared to our old management company.
Special shout out to Stacy Lowell for her continued work on our transition. I also want to express my gratitude to Melanie Nelms, our community manager, she is committed to keep our community beautiful, is readily available when needed, and a pure pleasure to work with.

Kim, the Property Manager for Hi Market Common, does an amazing job. Anytime you reach out, we receive a prompt response from the office in Market Commons. The staff is very helpful and willing to assist with anything you need. I can't emphasize enough how much Kim has significantly improved our association.
