Super happy to be able to donate again !!
It had been about 2 years since I had been there, but now that they’re increased the payments, I went back and 2 family members also joined. Thank you for increased payouts,‘hopefully they stay and get better. Team there always very kind and helpful. Lizette did a great job. Will be a regular from now on . Thanks again

⚠️AVOID THIS PLACE ⛔️ MOST of these workers act like practitioners.

Guys, your health is more important !! 70 dollars for these inexperts to bruise and ruin your arm is NOT WORTH IT !!

Btw to the nervous amateur lady THANK YOU for spilling my blood all over the sofa and down my arm IM NEVER COMING BACK and ill make sure to never refer my relatives or friends to this center THANKS FOR NOTHING

I have always gone to Grifols in Bakersfield however, I am in Calexico and this place is so unprofessional and I want to say thieves! $25 for returning donors that have not been here for more than a year. The entire staff at this location on second Street, are so rude . I understand that this is a place of business and as such they should conduct themselves as professionals. Elizabeth is the most rude, unprofessional nurse or whatever Her title is. I strongly believe that they are trained to act superior to donors or just straight out talk down to people. I say this because both times I came in, the demeanor of the nurses were so rude and aggressive . The first time I asked for information. it was like I was taking up the precious time. The tone was like I was beneath them, and I was begging for some thing from them. I just wanted to know the returner fees and how they operate at this location. I hope Grifols corporate sees and reaches out, and please take some action towards the center.. (Retrain on customer service and whatever else they lack in)
