I started going to this gym last year and fell in love !!! Not only with the classes but the employees and coaches are so nice. They make it fun and are sure to stay in touch with you and check in. Body pump, MX4 and kickboxing are the classes I’ve done and love !!! Also the sauna is amazing after a workout! Check in with Ana and get your membership asap !!!

They are good. Clean facility. Staff is very cooperate Instructor are very knowledgeable. Very big facility. Basically they have a whole complex Definitely recommend this place. Only the thing they are little expensive so not everybody can afford their glasses. They have to be come up with the a monthly memberships so more kids can go to learning.

Delta Valley Health Club is an awesome gym that really stands out in Brentwood. The facility is incredibly clean, creating a welcoming environment. Every staff member I’ve encountered has been friendly and genuinely invested in helping you progress toward your fitness goals.

My favorite part, though, are the Mx4 classes. These classes are fast-paced and never boring, and I love being surrounded by so many motivated individuals who push each other to succeed. The coaches leading the Mx4 classes are knowledgeable and supportive; they really are the best part of the experience. I have finally found my gym, and I love it!

Hands down best gym in the area! The staff is unbelievably helpful and will make sure to put a smile on your face everyday. Ana and Andy are amazing kind people that always make sure you’re doing well. I’ve been coming here for over 8 years by now and have always been happy with my experiences in this lovely establishment.

Delta Valley is honestly the best health facility in Brentwood for me. I never have to wait for anything, it's super clean and they continue to remodel the gym. Not to mention everyone who works there knows me by name and makes an effort to say hi daily. It's nice to not just be a number or another old face in the community we live in. I couldn't imagine training anywhere else.

I've been coming to this gym for many years. I have small children enrolled in their childcare and I have visited both the Brentwood and discovery bay locations. Each location and service is kept wonderfully clean, the employees are beyond thoughtful and kind. I personally love Brianna who is always smiling, constantly cleaning the gym and putting weights away to ensure we are satisfied. Zaiba in childcare has formed such a wonderful bond with my kids they love her and have asked to hire her as our nanny. I started coming here initially in 2021, at the time Ana worked at the childcare, she was so amazing with my twin boys! Taught them their ABCs etc, my sons LOVED her. I actually did ask her to be my full time nanny but she said no... anyway long story short this gym is wonderful, clean, safe, modern, HUGE, with AMAZING employees!

We love Delta Valley Aquatics. My son has taken swim lessons for a few years now and has fun and has really improved his swim skills. They also have camps and kids night out parties that him and his friends absolutely love! Highly recommend.

Love Delta valley! I’ve been going for a few years now and MX4 specifically has quickly become my favorite class I have noticed myself getting stronger and looking forward to going and working out with all the friendly faces.
