Very impressive organization. The staff are upbeat and extremely helpful. I have rented my property to their clients and it has been very successful. If I could give them more stars I would.

5 CHC agreed to help us at the beginning of 2023, and we were housed by August. The staff made it clear that house hunting is not easy and requires determination.
They also helped us with our first two months of rent, and also paid for several necessities. All in all, it was a successful venture. The only thing I would suggest is better and more funding, as well as more staff to handle the demand.

Nicest people!!! They really help you!! I lived on my savings for 6 months after being diagnosed with a heart issue and I was really concerned about making my rent! They stepped up and helped snd gave me a little relief for a couple months- a true blessing!

I love these people! They have truly made an incredible impact on my life. Before they came into my life I was lost and barely making it by. I had no food nor food stamps, because I truly had no clue how to get help. I was always told that you could only get stamps for 3 months out of the year unless you were working or on disability. I was disabled and unable to work so I thought I didn't qualify. I had no money and Pismo PD had just took my home because I didn't have a license and I was driving to the homeless coalition because they were going to help pay for the smog test I needed to get my tags I'd already paid for. They helped me find shelter, apply for GA and stamp, and apply and get my disability turned back on.
