Great resources looks great inside, it's the old Beans Cafe', totally renovated and offers showers for the homeless, and is a Hub for services like housing, PCP medical registration, Art while you wait on Mondays, Food Stamps and Medicaid expedited service application, legal aide consulting and complimentary snack and coffee is available for free.

This is a place frequented by homeless and those looking to steal and get a free anything so be vary wary of what you bring and what you set down, renovations have made the environment deceiving and you think you can relax but you have to remember that many are in survival mode.

The resource center across from the Brother Francis Center has computers you can check out to better your job experience it's quiet and available to everyone, also free wifi gives you the ability to learn and certification in any field especially the high tech industry

It is morally reprehensible to subject homeless individuals seeking assistance through social services to unwarranted searches and pat-downs. Treating those already facing the challenges of homelessness with suspicion and degrading practices not only violates their basic human dignity but exacerbates their already difficult circumstances. Compassion, empathy, and respect should be at the forefront of any efforts to address homelessness, emphasizing support and understanding rather than perpetuating an environment that further marginalizes and stigmatizes those in need.
Violating people's fourth amendment rights when they're already in a weakened and impoverished state is morally irrehensible, but what makes it so much worse is the fact that the very people who are supposed to be there to help are the ones actively conditioning them to having their rights violated.

The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution protects individuals from unreasonable searches and seizures. It states that "the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." This constitutional provision establishes the requirement for law enforcement to have a warrant based on probable cause before conducting searches, including pat-downs, on an individual's person. you have the right to refuse consent to being pat down and having your physical person searched. The Fourth Amendment protects individuals from unreasonable searches and seizures, and you can assert your right to privacy. Unless there is a specific legal justification, such as a warrant or immediate safety concerns, you are not obligated to consent to a search. It's important to be aware of your rights and communicate your decision clearly if you choose not to undergo a search. I hope others read this and collectively begin to put a foot down to this injustice.

This establishment is undoubtedly brand new and executed with the thought of the homeless community. Beautiful, yet simple. The shower was in its own private bathroom stall. Extremely spacious. Not sure if all the restrooms are the same in size. Had a dispenser with soap and such, located on the shower surround. Water had good pressure and came readily warm. I'm giving this three stars based on the first initial greeting. The first thing you see is a staff member behind glass, by the name of Donna...who asked for my name. She had a sour look on her face and her energy was cold. The two staff members I interacted with there after informed me that you have 30 minutes and after 20 you get a courtesy knock . Well mine came early because my time there all together was only 33 mins. It sounded like the woman from the front desk. I hurried out with my coat and boots still off and through the side window of her enclosure, she was blatantly staring me down while eating chips the whole time. Made me extremely uncomfortable. Not what I expected. To know that this navigation center is based around solid core values of caring and respectfulness and treating everyone as an equal..well sorry, you missed the mark.
