Full of a lot of officers trying to please each other with acts of selfishness, seeking gratitude. Few know the responsibility of family or "people first". This unit has much to work on before they are ready to be a cohesive fighting unit. Many of its soldiers and NCO's are looking to help each other have more time with family. However it will all be down to that one CO with the eye on the "mission first" and the "individual soldier is not the priority" mindset that drags it down at every step of each process, from range days to deployment operations. For each soldier coming here, I wish you the best. For each officer, don't play the game. Help your soldiers.
