I have contacted your customer service center twice, but I have not received any response. Why? Do you not care about your customers? I am very disappointed in your service. I will inform all Japanese department stores that they should not do business with you. All Japanese department stores that do business with you will lose their trust.

The clothes I bought from your website were not packaged and were just placed directly into a cardboard box for shipping.

The product I received had shiny, worn spots, as if it had been tried on by many people. Alternatively, it could be that the product got these spots from rubbing against the box due to the lack of proper packaging.

Despite my requests for a replacement, I am being ignored! The Japan branch is also trying to help me, but it seems that contacting the U.S. office has been ignored continuously.

Your prices are first-rate, but your service is below third-rate! Just respond already!

I added photos of how they shipped to me. They didn’t wrap anything; the clothes were just placed directly into a cardboard box for shipping. The white tissue didn’t work at all—it was meaningless. My clothes got damaged from rubbing against the box due to the lack of proper packaging.
